1. About Our Services
We offer professional website development, design, SEO & Optimization, API Integration and Maintenance & Support services. Our aim is to deliver quality work as per client requirements. All services are discussed clearly before project initiation to avoid any confusion later.
2. Payment Policy
We collect payment in phases based on project progress. A partial advance is required before work begins. The remaining amount must be cleared before the final delivery or website going live. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
3. Refund Policy
Since our services take time and hard work, we usually cannot give a refund once the work has started. But if you cancel the project before we begin, we may give a partial refund after cutting some basic charges. Every refund request will be checked individually.
4. Changes & Revisions
We allow limited changes or revisions after the first version of the work is submitted. Major changes beyond the discussed scope may be chargeable. All requirements should be clearly mentioned at the start of the project.
